Bank of Virginia offers a very competitive compensation and benefits package, consisting of certain flexible and fixed benefits. The Bank provides eligible employees with monthly flex credits that help offset the cost of their insurance. Various insurance benefits offered to employees consist of medical, dental, vision, life, accidental death and dismemberment, long term disability, short term disability, medical spending account, dependent care spending account and long term care. The Bank provides a 401(k) Plan that is avaibable to employees meeting minimum eligibility requirements. The Plan allows employees to direct their investments into various professionally managed investment funds.
